Ingalsbe Law
ABOUT
Ward W. (Trip) Ingalsbe, III
ATTORNEY
MISSION STATEMENT
I formed Ingalsbe Law PLLC for the purpose of providing the legal needs of clients with a range of legal issues, some of which arise suddenly and unexpectedly, and others which are planned or anticipated.
Having practiced law in a firm setting over the past several decades, I now continue my practice with Ingalsbe Law PLLC, with the goal of simplifying my approach to providing each client with personal attention and high quality legal services within my preferred areas of practice.
I consider it a privilege to represent each and every client in matters which are of great concern to them, and which present me with opportunities to build on my experience in creating strategies to address legal challenges and obtain the best possible outcome.
BIO
I grew up in Kingston, New York, graduated from Kingston High School in 1976, and later from the University of Wyoming in 1980. After attending the Southwestern University School of Law I became a law clerk and was admitted to practice law in New York in 1987.
I concentrate in protecting and advancing client’s rights in the areas of personal injury litigation and real estate transactions.
Many of my clients are disabled or injured, and I find it rewarding to obtain benefits, money settlements and verdicts that strengthen their short term and long term financial security. I value working closely with my clients and the challenge of creating legal strategies to achieve desired individual outcomes.
I am passionate about the Hudson River. I am a past President of the Hudson River Maritime Museum, a museum dedicated to preservation and education of the maritime heritage of the Hudson River. I am also a past President of the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Kingston, a vital community youth organization known as “the positive place for kids”.
I am a member of the Ulster County, New York State and American Bar Associations.
My wife and I live in West Hurley with our three children. We enjoy the Catskills and the Hudson Valley and many outdoor pursuits including hiking, biking, skiing, sailing, and watching our children play soccer, basketball and lacrosse.
